The Granby Early Childhood Council (GECC) is pleased to announce a welcome baby program called "BOOKS TO BABIES." All children born in 2012 will receive a beautiful picture book inside a canvas tote bag that can be used later to take books to and from the car, the library, or preschool. The GECC supports parents in our community with young children from birth to five years-old. The goal is to get books into the hands of parents, the child's first teacher, and to start reading from the very start of their development.
